Like most businesses, starting out is the hardest hurdle when becoming a Transaction Coordinator. It may look easy from the surface but if one takes a deeper look inside most people will see that it takes years of learning to become an adequate TC. A real estate transaction is never the same from one file to the next so it hard to say that anyone ever becomes one hundred percent a genius. Easy to do is not the case here it takes time to become truly good as with most things worth having and even longer to become a great at this TC business.
